It’s been almost 2years living in Helsinki and never travel over 250km using a train, so you can imagine how many times my eyes were moving around not to miss count of every single town or beautiful woodland we pass along the train track. Finding my way to the campsite was not too difficult as I got picked from the train station and we drove some 30 minutes to Koivuniemi Campsite to join other participants and camp staff.

Danish Red Cross Youth - Leadership Academy

Core to the Red Cross/Red Crescent (RC/RC) movement are the many youth volunteers who have great potential to be role models and key drivers of positive social change. The Danish Red Cross Youth (DRCY) has more than two decades of pioneering experience in developing necessary leadership skills for RC/RC volunteers. Therefore the DRCY is pleased to announce the 2017 Leadership Academy - an intensive youth leadership training for key volunteers across the global RC/RC movement.
