Multicultural activities - volunteer info

 

An introductory info about volunteering for the Finnish Red Cross in the field of multicultural activities and reception center activities is organized on Thursday 1.6. 17.00-19.00 in Yliopistonkatu 24 a, 6th floor.

 

The info is recommended for anyone interested in multicultural activities and is a requirement for starting volunteering in the reception centers/with asylum seekers. Asylum seekers are also welcome as participants. The training requires proficient understanding of English. The training contains basic info about the structure of the Finnish Red Cross, the principles and values of the Red Cross movement and guidelines for volunteering. Participants will receive information about volunteering possibilities and how to get started.
